About Me
Marci Cochran, MSW, LCSW, LCAS
Founder & Therapist, Growth Mindset Counseling, PLLC
Hi, my name is Marci Cochran, a child, adolescent, and family therapist serving Eastern North Carolina. I work with children, teens, college-aged young adults, and families—supporting them through life’s challenges with compassion, creativity, and trauma-informed care.
I believe therapy should never feel like a chore. That’s why I strive to meet each client exactly where they are and create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and even fun. Whether we’re playing games, creating art, telling stories, or just talking things through, my approach is flexible and rooted in connection. I tailor each session to the needs and personality of the individual—because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing.
My passion lies in helping others grow, meet their goals, and shift into a healthier mindset. I’m here to walk alongside you (or your child) on the journey to becoming more confident, more emotionally aware, and more authentically yourself. Therapy is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about learning, growing, and embracing who you truly are.
If you’re looking for a therapist who brings heart, humor, and a genuine commitment to your well-being, I’d be honored to be part of your story.
